The Qualifications We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience Minimum 3 years of funnel development and outbound prospecting experience A technology first mindset, ability to utilize existing company technology solutions and leverage and introduce other advanced tools to expand your impact Track record of achieving quota in a sales specialist or other similar role Excellent prospecting abilities, creativity a plus Motivated by a commission-based comp plan Confidence in speaking to senior stakeholders Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills Ability to thrives in a fast-paced, collaboration team environment Ability to develop and implement a plan of action Strong computer skills, including Salesforce and Microsoft products

The Value You Deliver
Collaborate to understand business needs and develop specific prospecting strategies. Compiles and analyzes statistics pertinent to the company's business development. Collaborate with SVP (Senior Vice President) and sales team to define mutual success and agree on expectations for timeframes, prospect quality and quantity, and frequency of updates Provide information and feedback to assist sales executives with prospect details and strategic points Contribute to business discussions on industry trends, sharing market knowledge with team, and serving as the subject matter expert as requested Prioritize, manage, and communicate to ensure success-oriented support of the team

Ability to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods of time while working on a computer. Available for virtual meetings in a non-distracted environment. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Ability to curate creative outreach campaigns to prospective clients Ability to communicate via phone for extended periods of time Flexible work schedule and availability to respond to prospective client inquiries. Up to 5% travel required.
