Business Development Representative
Job Description A client in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their growing team. This team prioritizes growth and is looking for a go-getter eager to advance in a sales role, learn, and contribute to the companys success. The role involves selling a fintech SaaS product to prospective clients, prospecting and targeting leads, and mapping out deals. The candidate will build knowledge of decision-makers, understand the software used by accounts, and create sales strategies to integrate the product. Responsibilities include targeting leads, setting up discovery calls, scheduling follow-ups, and navigating next steps to advance deals through the sales process. They will collaborate with account executives and the VP of Business Development to provide account updates, engage in next steps, and target leaders to close deals. This is a start-up environment, so this role offers significant opportunities for upward mobility and career advancement. Skills and Requirements - 2+ years of sales related experience. - Experience creating sales strategy, prospecting, targeting and setting cold calls. - Familiarity with lead gen tools such as FI navigator, zoom info, etc. - Proven ability to target and set new meetings at prospective accounts. - Eagerness to grow long-term with a company and advance within a sales career. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to interface with prospective clients. - Flexibility and able to operate in a fast-paced, small environment. - Local to Nashville, TN and open to a hybrid schedule of 4 days onsite (Monday-Thursday). - Fintech industry experience null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
