As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy—connecting with potential customers, sparking interest, and setting the stage for success. This is a hybrid role that requires the ability to work on-site from our Birmingham, AL office Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday weekly.

What You’ll Do:

Engage & Connect: Make proactive calls to cold and warm leads, generating interest in our products and services.Qualify & Convert: Conduct consultative conversations to uncover business needs and qualify potential customers.Book High-Impact Demos: Schedule product demonstrations with qualified prospects for our Account Executives.Manage the Sales Funnel: Keep prospects engaged through nurture cadences in Outreach while maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with sales leadership and team members to refine outreach strategies and achieve team goals.Crush Your Goals: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, emails, talk time, booked demos, attended demos, and assisted sales quotas.

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.6 months to 1 year of sales experience (entry-level roles included).Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Nice-to-Haves:

1+ years of SaaS sales or BDR experience.Fitness industry knowledge or experience.Experience using Salesforce or Outreach.

Additional Information

The pay range for this role is $14.00-$20.00 per hour and includes a variable compensation target of $15,000 annually. Where you fall within the pay range is based on how you demonstrate the attributes and competencies required for the role. We mostly reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for internal growth. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, performance-based incentives, and opportunities for growth.
