CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Business Development Representative to join our growing Corporate Development Team.
YOUR IMPACTThe Business Development Representative will be responsible for leading outgoing business development efforts and prospecting tasks with the objective of developing new business relationships within our Manufacturing & Life Sciences market. The professional in this role will collaborate with manufacturing businesses, engineers, maintenance, purchasing, and many others to learn more about customer applications and needs. This includes conducting sales activities such as service presentations, developing strong customer relationships, identifying product applications, and introducing new products and services. The Business Development Representative attends industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote CHA and generate new business leads as well as stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field requiredMinimum of 3 years of selling experience in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field requiredStrong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detailExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to create, build and maintain strong client relationshipsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independentlyValid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed SALARY RANGE:$150,000 - $175,000
Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
