Business Development Representative - Belgium (Flemish speaking)

In this role, you are jointly responsible for the Belgian market. As a Business Developer, you will work closely with the Country Manager for Belgium and your focus will be on increasing and expanding the customer base. Spryng is therefore looking for a promising young talent who wakes up in the morning with great drive, ambition and the determination to turn a lead into a contract. Do you like to help companies optimise their workflow and do you have a passion for sales? Within the job, you are constantly in contact with potential leads, both by phone and physically or by e-mail. You search for leads, qualify them and determine the appropriate follow-up. It is your job to understand where the customer’s pain points are and to resolve them where possible. You are constantly looking for new ideas to tap into new segments or to get new companies excited about Spryng. Establishing and maintaining customer relationships is your main focus. That is why we want to see you on the phone or out and about, because your agenda is full of appointments with (potential) customers. For this position, knowledge of the Dutch, Flemish and English languages is an absolute must.
