Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented **B** **usiness Development Representative Supervisor** based at our **Greenville, NC** location.
What you will do:
+ Lead and manage a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) focused on generating Sales-Ready Opportunities with Major Accounts.
+ Drive customer engagement through direct outreach to identified leads/accounts, utilizing sales and marketing tools.
+ Ensure BDRs follow Account Development Plans and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
+ Mentor and coach team members on selling skills, inside sales processes, and best practices.
+ Track and manage team performance to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
+ Work alongside Major Account Managers to convert leads into opportunities and achieve your own sales targets.
+ Oversee the day-to-day operations of your team to ensure maximum efficiency and accountability.

What you will need:
+ Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience in customer relationship management, sales, or marketing.
+ Associate’s degree with 7 years of relevant experience.
+ 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
+ Experience as a Sales Development Representative or Business Development Representative required.
+ Proficiency with Salesforce CRM is required.
Skills, Experience & Abilities
+ Advanced computer skills (MS Office Product Suite).
+ Ability to leverage Salesforce.com and other sales engagement platforms to drive results.
+ Experience in data analysis to prioritize actions and report business performance.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, and analytical abilities.
+ Strong interpersonal skills for relationship-building with customers and internal teams.
