Business Development Representative / Telemarketer
Title:  Business Development Representative/Telemarketing Professional     Temp to Perm  8:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday   Pay/Pay Range: $16.00   About Our Customer:  Our client is an outsourced, adaptable sales and business company that provides customized sales for corporations to help them build their sales funnel. They assist organizations by quickly assembling specialized sales teams and customized programs to help them minimize risk and guarantee success.   Benefits upon Hired Perm:  Monthly Base & Bonus Incentive Paid Holidays PTO Medical/Dental Insurance  401K   Summary:   As the Business Development Representative / Telemarketing Professional you will be calling to uncover opportunities for our client’s products and services. Duties could include prequalifying leads, scheduling sales appointments, inviting prospects to attend events and other business development tasks. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, professional, outgoing, and articulate to join our sales team and make sales a career with us!   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:   Business to business phone calls. 80-120 outbound calls per day. Must be able to produce at or above assigned productivity targets (e.g. dials, leads, phone time, etc.) at all times. Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc. Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients Presenting and delivering information to potential clients   EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in phones sales is a definite plus, however enthusiastic excellent communicators are strongly encouraged to apply.   SKILLS AND ABILITIES: A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment. Must be able to communicate effectively and be able to adapt in a fast-paced sales environment. Be amicable and professional. Sales experience in telecommunications, software and/or data networking arenas is a plus, however, we are willing to train individuals who demonstrate a strong phone presence and desire to grow with the organization. Be thorough and dependable.
