As the Business Development & Sales Leader you will be part of the Scandinavian Management team responsible for making interventions smarter.

This role is Customer facing, with responsibility for winning business, leading the development of business plans for product lines and specific products.
 

As a Sales & Business Development Leader, you will be responsible for:

Developing and implement the business development strategy to achieve growth and market objectives set for the product linePlanning and implement effective BD, marketing and tender strategies and coordinate sales and marketing plansManaging sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internallyBuilding and maintaining positive relations with our customers and developing close relationships to maximize knowledge on upcoming opportunitiesMaintaining appropriate industry, technology, market, Service Partners, suppliers and competitors’ awareness and knowledgeHandling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be usedCreating technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects involved in proposals

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or collegeHave significant experience in Sales with established project management skillsHave experience of medium-sized sales, handling country or large territory proposalsHave sound oral and written communication skillsHave good interpersonal and leadership skillsBe able to demonstrate the ability to analyze and resolve problemsBe able to demonstrate the ability to lead, document, plan, market, and execute programs
