Compensation Range
Hourly: $25.45 - $34.10 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)About This Job
As a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll join one of the fastest growing financial institutions in the country while also getting first-hand experience in all aspects of wealth management. You’ll identify business leads using data analytics across our CRM and marketing CMS platforms. You’ll also get a chance to interact with sales and marketing teams while leveraging the latest technology to uncover valuable growth opportunities for the business.
The main purpose of this job is to research leads/prospects/clients; identify key contacts and use marketing resources to generate interest through a variety of channels
Essential Functions
Create and interact regularly with the sales teams, (designated markets/regions) to gather and analyze business needs and goals with respect to pipeline growth for implementation into a sales campaign
Help the designated sales team find and utilize the appropriate prospecting and marketing resources for their campaign tactics
Use Pardot, a Salesforce.com Marketing Automation tool, to leverage the company’s marketing automation platform as atactic for lead generation and nurturing campaigns. Individually input leads or run them through the Pardot/Marketing team for larger lists/
Identify high value prospects utilizing: Data.com, ZoomInfo, Insight360, DNB Visitor, and LinkedIn
Assist with basic Insight360, (our Salesforce.com CRM), activities including reviewing result and tracking dashboards and campaign activities. The fully vetted lists are then placed into the CRM and assigned to the individual sales personnel.
Participate in the AP Card Training Program, Richardson Consultative Training Program, and Salesforce.com and Insight 360 training modules to begin migrating to an outbound sales effort (6-9 months).
Coordinate with the Campaign Supervisor, to track the responsible campaigns and results to prove best practices or suggest areas for process improvement
When applicable, make recommendations or suggestions for an appropriate reach out or sales tactic. This could include editing or drafting communication or researching other competitor information to complete a lead generation/sales playbook
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Basic knowledge of sales-focused CRM, including Salesforce.com
Basic understanding of marketing strategy and concepts
Basic understanding of analytics
Ability to work in an Agile environment remaining flexible and adaptable, able to adjust to rapidly changing priorities
Analytical skills and a basic understanding of analytics
Ability to problem solve and adjust campaign strategies based upon data results
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Education & Experience
Associate's Degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1+ year sales or prospecting experience and Salesforce.com utilization required

This position will be eligible for additional compensation through performance-based incentive plan(s) that will correspond to meeting performance goals.
