Business Development Specialist

Job Summary

The Business Development Specialist is an entry-level role focused on driving growth through outbound prospecting, lead generation, and strategic relationship building with targeted national accounts. This role is crucial in identifying and securing large, multi-location accounts with significant brand recognition. The successful candidate will meet with clients, create compelling pitch decks, and represent DuraServ Corp at industry trade shows.


Essential Functions

Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify potential leads.Generate and nurture leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in large, multi-location accounts.Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present DuraServ Corp's solutions.Create and deliver engaging pitch decks tailored to the specific needs of targeted accounts.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and account management for new clients.Represent DuraServ Corp at industry trade shows and events to promote our products and services.Track and report on sales activities and progress using CRM tools.Perform other duties, as assigned

Work Environment and Physical Demands

In office environmentProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

This job may require occasional travel for training or meetings.

Education and Experience

High School graduation or equivalent is required—associate or bachelor’s degree, preferred. Combined experience in this type of job role of 1-2 or more years with education is desirable.Experience in relevant industry tasks or internships
