Position Summary:
Responsible for finding and evaluating new business prospects, engaging with said prospects, and scheduling JS appointments for the sales team.

Functions
Research and identify potential clients and new business opportunities Generate janitorial leads through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach Qualify JS leads and set JS appointments for the sales team Enter all notes and required information into CRM upon completion of each interaction with prospects. Complete minimum information requirements for all appointments set. Prepare appointment work sheet with the following: Participate in debriefing calls with Sales Executives to analyze JS appointments Meet minimum daily, weekly and monthly activity and appointment goals Attend regular sales meetings, one on one meetings with manager, company meetings and training sessions. Timely completion of required reports, Support sales business plan and sales strategy through participation in weekly prospecting planning meetings and other activities.
