Job Description

Design Collective by Cintas is seeking a Business Development Specialist to promote our products to new and existing customers through outbound phone calls within an assigned portfolio to ensure year over year growth. This position is responsible for understanding the customer’s objectives and positioning Design Collective as the apparel partner of choice; collaboration with field sales to ensure customers understand all available solutions; working cross functionally to ensure timely project completion; leading professional virtual presentations; educating customers about our online ordering platform; and collecting/managing data through our contact management system. Position may also become a subject matter expert for the department, run process improvement projects and visit local properties as necessary.

Skills/Qualifications

Required:

Previous Sales experience Previous experience successfully meeting sales and performance goals Proficiency with Microsoft Office including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet/Intranet required. Ability to travel up to 10%. High School Diploma/GED

 

Preferred:

1+ year of previous Inside Sales experience Bachelor’s Degree
