Responsibilities Purpose of Role BDM being the key member of the GTM team is a regional leadership role that uses many business skills, including strategic planning, project management, and successful negotiation Critical to move opportunities from the top of the sales funnel to the goal of being a signed client/deal Strategic Goals & Deliverables Elevate GTM strategies for the region and designated LOBs on international level Creating Regional SPP’s or Micro campaigns to drive pipeline generation Bring together marketing, sales and BDR teams by setting objectives and executing on sales framework changes Accountabilities DM , AMER is accountable for the company to have strong pipeline in AMER for TCM BU. BDM is accountable on pipeline coverage and stagnancy. Hard targets are shared by MD and BDM – accretive bookings, customer retention and territory ARR growth. Soft Targets include pipeline generation, coverage, stagnancy and strategic initiatives, micro campaigns ran in the region Qualifications and Experience 5+ years sales or strategy experience GTM experience in a global company with a regional target accountability C-level customer relationship building experience incl. client meetings Deep and specialized knowledge of Treasury and Capital Markets The above statements describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
