Business Development RepresentativeLocation: Oslo, Norway

ABOUT THE ROLE & THE TEAMAs the Business Development Specialist in Arrow, you will join the Sales team located in our offices in Oslo. You will exercise your role within the Norwegian market.Within this position, you will be mainly responsible for the management of the current client accounts as well as the new business development. Your role will involve continuous relationship development between the business area, regional teams and the vendor - Splunk, to ensure a trust and support of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:On the daily basis, you will be:- Working with Arrow Internal Sales teams, to identify the key reseller partners with good potential to develop sales of the vendor’s products and services.- Working with the abovementioned partners to ensure they have all the tools necessary to realize their sales potential, namely:Bring new partners to Arrow, by the prospection (phone, email) and client meetingsExecute successful business plansBuild and maintain strong relationships with the vendorFind New Business leadsBuild and maintain strong relationships within the partner's baseIdentify new partners, engage and enable accordingly to drive incremental salesInitiating marketing campaigns for the partners to find new leadsRegular and accurate forecasting of opportunities, providing detail for both short- and long-term dealsEnable partners by providing regular sales training

A FEW THINGS YOU’RE AN EXPERT ATDevelopment of new Customers, excellent communication skillsExperience in Business Development/Account Management within the IT distribution/IT manufacturers’ sectorSelf-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approachVery good knowledge of the local marketWorks independently but also a team playerFluency in Norwegian and English language is a must to be successful in this recruitment
