As a Business Development Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your enthusiastic approach will help identify their needs, schedule appointments, and ultimately set the stage for our sales team to shine. If you love engaging with people and are eager to learn, this role is perfect for you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
+ Conducting research to pinpoint businesses that could benefit from our services.
+ Reaching out via phone, email, and social media to generate leads.
+ Scheduling those golden appointments for our stellar sales team.
+ Keeping our CRM updated with all your interactions.
+ Working closely with the team to meet and exceed our goals together!

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
+ A high school diploma or GED; some college experience is a bonus!
+ 1-3 years in outbound sales or similar experience (we love B2B pros!)
+ Comfortable making lots of calls and engaging with folks.
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
+ CRM experience? That’s a plus!
+ Excellent communication skills—you're a people person!
+ A positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
