Job Description
Develop and execute a strategic plan to build and expand the territory in the Midwest and California. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the agricultural packaging and machine supply sector. Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Collaborate with the mechanical packaging team to understand and promote specialized equipment. Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to closure, ensuring a high conversion rate on new quotes. Act as the subject matter expert, providing exclusive solutions to clients. Work closely with the technical sales lead to replicate successful strategies and expand the company's presence. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and various employee activities.
