InnoServ provides installation, preventative maintenance, servicing and measures performance of chemical and beverage dispensing equipment for a variety of customers including national accounts, healthcare, college and university, hospitality, and large independent food service operators.

Position Overview

Responsible for working with the Divisional, Regional and Regional Chain teams to execute ChemBev sales and marketing plans to increase case volumes, sales and margin.  Responsibilities include identifying, screening, and qualifying new business opportunities within the Divisions and Regions.  This position leads new business development as a primary source of sales and margin growth for both internal, external and multi-unit customers.

** This position will be based in Delta, BC. 

** The compensation package for this position ranges from $72,000 to $100,000 on an annual basis plus commission.

Essential Functions

Develops Divisional and Regional sales, marketing and merchandising relationships to identify new business opportunities and ensure customer feedback in making key decisions.

Develops customer proposals that assure appropriate ROI of Equipment & Service costs.

Provides consultative services and product expertise to Gordon Food Service (GFS) Product Specialists and Sales Teams.

Develops new and utilizes existing training modules to plan and execute sales product training.

Provides problem analysis and resolution to Product Specialists, and customers on product related concerns.

Collaborates with Regional Chain Accounts to appropriately manage proprietary items.

Attends appropriate GFS leadership meetings to identify opportunities for training and planning. 

Interfaces and collaborates with the ChemBev team to identify target customers, introduce new products to satisfy unmet customer needs and support bids.

Provides the primary contact for the Regional and Divisional teams in the planning and execution of food shows, other related shows, and product training events.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication skills, both written and verbal

Demonstrate the ability to prepare and deliver presentations and speak to customers both internally and externally as a department representative

The position requires strong analytical and computer skills

Must love taking initiative and driving results

Must have the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure

Excellent in customer service and self driven

Collaborative and dynamic skills to work under pressured environments

Post-secondary education in Business, Sales or Marketing is an asset

Minimum of five years of previous product, marketing or internal sales experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience or relevant work experience may be considered
