Here's What You'll Be Doing on a Weekly Basis: + Identify sales prospects by making proactive phone calls and sending emails to business owners, facility managers, property managers and decision makers to generate opportunities for our Sales Executives. + Use our CRM and may want to include social media and marketing. + Use your creativity to schedule appointment with prospects, communicate with lost accounts and try to get them back, and take a look at our competitors to identify their weaknesses and our opportunities. + Work closely with the Sales team to learn and support the bid process as well as follow-up communications as you grow. + You'll be learning the role of Sales Executive - this associate role is designed to grow into the executive role. + When you achieve objectives, you have the opportunity to get PROMOTED and you'll be earning even more incentive compensation ($100k+). Requirements Must Have: + Resilience for cold calling + Enjoy talking on the phone + Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) + Valid driver's license &reliable transportation + Excellent communication skills (written and oral) + Prior history of building &establishing relationships + Capable of working independently or as part of a team Safety Sensitive: + This position is Safety Sensitive. + If offered a position, candidate will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background screen.
