Business Development Support Specialist

This person is a strategic thinker and proactively brings fresh ideas to the team for how to approach prospects. They have a deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and of the digital landscape. They are curious, driven and enjoy figuring out how our services can solve problems for target brands. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A positive attitude and team player. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines. Resourceful, organized, and motivated to help DAC bring on new and awesome clients! Responsibilities Familiarize yourself with the company's full-service digital offering. Conduct market research and identify potential clients. Proactively help identify new business opportunities and bring forth ideas to the team. Consistently update and maintain prospect information in the CRM database, HubSpot. Assist with drafting new business collateral, discovery decks, prospect audit presentations and other documents as required for prospective clients. Collaborate with the Marketing department on how we can drive awareness for events, webinars, content (blogs, white papers, videos, etc.), award announcements, etc. Oversee all new business events, conferences, and private experiences from planning through execution. This could include managing venue contracts, developing collateral (signs, booklets, experiential elements), organizing target invite lists, and partnering with event organizers for all logistics. You may potentially attend conferences to support from a logistical standpoint. Work closely with colleagues across departments to implement growth strategies. Provide effective administrative support.   Work Model: This role requires two in-office days per week, with three days in-office during the three-month orientation period. Salary at DAC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of DAC’s total compensation package for employees
