This position will serve as the Business Director for the Facilities Management Division. This position will provide support to the Director involving business issues related to the Facilities Management Division and oversee Business Services, Physical Security, Support Services, Leasing & Real Properties Office, Support Services and Facilities maintenance operations on a statewide basis. The Leasing & Real Properties Office also handles all asbestos inspections and removal, as such, this position also performs as the Asbestos Program Manager. This position will be responsible for budgetary issues, assisting with programming and planning for needs statewide, as well as working with the 14 Division to address facility maintenance issues statewide. This position will also work with the Director and staff to ensure ADA compliance and to develop, manage the statewide repair projects, and maintain the Department's 6 year Capital Improvement Plan.
