Business Enablement Source to Pay Operations Analyst - EY Global Delivery Services

This role will be part of Business Enablement BMO Source 2 Pay Management team, responsible for the central oversight of vendor and contract management of the Global Information Security (InfoSec) and Enterprise Technology (ET) business units. This role is crucial in maintaining and managing all existing contracts with external vendors and member firms, ensuring data quality and timely reporting on key contract attributes.

The position requires close collaboration with Sourcing Managers and key stakeholders to provide transparency and updates throughout the Source-to-Pay process. The role includes ensuring compliance with procurement and independence policies, influencing procurement behavior and drving accountaibility across the InfoSec and ET organizations.

 

•           Update and manage contract inventory, ensuring data quality and accuracy;

- Initiate Sourcing processes for the assigned porfolios;

- Oversee Sourcing Procurement list and collaborate with Sourcing Managers to ensure Contract Owners receive timely updates during the sourcing process.

•           Support the InfoSec and ET business units in Source-To-Pay process activities (PO requests, Goods reciept, invoice approvals), including Independence and Supplier Risk Assessment sub-processes.

•           Ensure compliance with procurement and independence policies throughout InformSec and ET organizations.

•           Influence behavior, expectations, and accountability for the procurement process throughout the InfoSec and ET organizations.

- Act as a liasion between Business (Contract Owners), Sourcing, Finance, Independence and Supplier Risk Assurance teams.

- Support the Intercompany Member Firm contracting and invoicing process.

- Resolve queries related to Source-To-Pay processes (including late invoice payments);

 

•           Technical skills:

- proficient in SharePoint, with the ability to manage content types, lists and security settings;

- strong understanding of Source-to-Pay processes and related technologies.

•           Collaboration and Communication:

- experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Souricng, Finance and IT, to achive common goals;

- excellent communication skills, with the ability to act as a liaison between various teams and provide transparency to key stakeholders.

•           Business Acumen:

- develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of EY's business and the interconnectivity of the asigned business unit with the firm's overall operating model.

•           Compliance and Process Impvoement:

- knowledge of relevant policies, with the ability to ensure complaince throughout the InfoSec and ET organization.
