We pride ourselves on encouraging developmental opportunities from within, and we look forward to your application.  Responsibilities: + Site Leadership: Build ScreenRant's Premium Content offering, aligning content strategy with overall goals  + Liaise with in-house Valnet resource teams on team progress, challenges, and operational needs  + Develop and implement strategies for sustainable growth in the entertainment and business spaces  + Oversee the growth of ScreenRant's Premium Membership + Content Strategy and Planning: Research and identify audience-driving topics using data from internal and external tools, expanding coverage of entertainment and business-related topics  + Source stories and unique angles to ensure engaging, authoritative content  + Team Guidance and Development: Build and lead a team of entertainment and business experts to produce daily deep-dive content  + Oversee the development and training of the Editorial Team to ensure quality and output targets are met + Ensure adherence to ScreenRant's publication standards, offering regular feedback and performance assessments  + Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages creativity and professional growth   Must Have’s:  + Proven experience in Senior Editorial roles such as Managing Editor, Deputy Editor, Editor-in-Chief, at digital publications specializing in business content + Experience with Premium offerings, on-site or newsletter + Strong proficiency in writing and editing + A deep knowledge and passion for the entertainment industry, specifically Hollywood and technology + Experience with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics + Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives Interview Process:  + Resume and Application Questionnaire review  + Interview with the Talent Acquisition Lead + Interview with the Content Director (in-person if NYC based) + Interview with the Content Director and the Portfolio Manager Powered by JazzHR
