GBS Delivery Management (GBS DM) runs and maintains the operating system in Siemens Global Business Services, developing solutions for our joint opportunities and challenges. The purpose is to create efficiency as well as ensuring a high level of quality, innovation and harmonization across all our service deliveries.
We define lean and agile delivery management frameworks and common standards, and provide tools, methodology and support to enable excellent service delivery across Business Lines and Service Units.

Your mission will be…Enable the Business Line/hub leaders to translate business strategy into people-related organization; development and strategy and help him/her to define a compelling narrative for change;Design the transformation roadmap with the Hub leadership teams, incorporating Change Management and Lean Agile principles to support the execution;Facilitate leadership team workshops and meetings to define goals, develop the roadmap, and organize for delivery;Leverage Lean and Agile methods and principles to support the business transformation; Assess organizational Agile maturity and identify areas for improvement; Develop an approach for Agile training and development programs; Coach and mentor leadership teams in Agile principles, values, and practices; Facilitate Agile events and workshops to support the transformation; Remove impediments to adoption of Lean Agile practices; Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization; Collaborate with leadership to align the transformation with business objectives; Empower individuals and teams to embrace new ways of working; Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of transformation initiatives; As a part of the FOW-Team, be a role model for continuous improvement as well for experimenting with new formats and ways of collaboration; Work closely with other FOW teams and support them in change management.
We are looking for someone with…
A master’s degree in communications, business administration, HR, or other related fields as well as 5+ years working experience in management/ strategy/ transformation consulting, preferably in Siemens-related industries and with exposure to HR topics; An excellent knowledge in change enablement, design thinking and agile methodology (Scrum and SAFe-Certifications a plus); The ability to design, organize and facilitate events and workshops; Good networking skills in collaboration with other Siemens Units; High passion for transformation, people & leadership topics; Successfully led strategic projects in dynamic environments and on a multinational scale; Possessed strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills and can connect business strategy, processes and organizational implications; A strong intercultural and interpersonal skills, experience in working in an international environment; Have a sound understanding of people-related organizational development, learning and relevant learning platforms, change concepts - we know, nobody has it all; Is a fast learner, resilient and are committed to optimizing and adding value to GBS and our customers; An entrepreneurial “can do” attitude; you have the courage to lead based on own judgement and expertise and are excited to shape this new team; Proven experience in leading complex organizational transformations; Expert knowledge of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and their application in a leadership context.

As Business Transformation Consultant, you will closely collaborate with the FOW Team, GBS Leaders, GBS businesses and GBS Hubs. In this role you will be responsible for driving and facilitating organizational change. This role combines the expertise of a Transformation Lead and an Agile Coach to effectively lead the leadership team through a transformation journey, leveraging Lean Agile frameworks and a Change Agent mindset.
