The Business Excellence Manager is responsible for generating, integrating, and translating insights and analytics into opportunities that shape decisions and drive organizational action for Enterprise Quality. The manager is a business leader capable of operating at multiple levels with the organization; from supporting project teams to strategic insight and analysis. She/he will contribute to the optimization of operations and processes to efficiently and consistently achieve strategic objectives for QC. The Business Excellence Manager will be accountable for maintaining and improving the Value Realization Framework (VRF) to enable value capture including benefit analysis, supporting business case development, and provide guidelines, formats and tools to standardize target setting tracking.
Key Responsibilities:Support development and maintenance of a value realization framework to measure the financial and operational impact of transformation initiatives across the Quality Compliance organization.Collaborate with project and program managers to establish clear KPIs and ROI targets for initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives, including identifying sources of value leveraging a value realization framework.Collaborate closely with the Value Creation Office Portfolio Management team to integrate value tracking and realization into their tools and processesTrack and document quantifiable business results achieved from strategic project work, to utilize for communication to demonstrate the business value created by EQ.Support cross-functional teams during business financial reporting cycles through template development and aggregation of financial data to support reporting.Develop and maintain data sources and visualization tools i.e., Tableau, PowerBI to support portfolio financial benefit performance reporting.Support business excellence framework including ways of working framework.Leads the definition of operational KPIs and metrics to consistently track and measure progress across QC strategic objectives and business health.Supports the establishment of internal EQ Operational Analytics capabilities, leveraging data analysis and insights to optimize business processes, enhance efficiency, and inform strategic decision-making within EQ.Johnson Johnson Enterprise Quality is recruiting for a Business Excellence Manager, located in North America or EMEA.

Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
