Job Description

Business Excellence & Strategy Program_Quality management and Logistics focus

Experience our cross Functional and cross Country training path (Quality and Logistics Management, Sales, Finance, IT) You will have the chance to get a taste of different staff function by joining their team and learning from their experience.You will experience hands-on training and you will be able to engage in Projects with a 360° approach (KPI Analysis, Business Excellence; New tools Deployment).You will have the unique opportunity to be involved in dedicated training experienced, declined in different modules, multidisciplinary Workshop as well as projects across department and business units, internationally.

Qualifications

Education: Master's Degree in Automation Engineering or Management Engineering

Languages: fluent in Italian and English; German will be considered as a plus

Work style: team player, analytical approach, result orientation, business acumen and pragmatism.

Other: curiosity and interest in industrial and technological topics, desire to learn and grow continuously, willingness to travel abroad
