The Retail Fulfilment Operations (RFO) team strives to provide cutting-edge innovation and operational excellence to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. RFO transforms Retail Fulfilment (Retail Stores and Online Stores) into a key value proposition for Apple’s direct customers through Planning, Execution, and Strategic Programs. We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated candidate with supply chain operations experience, strong communication & analytical skills. This role requires a combination of business insight, technical knowledge and customer focus. You will have significant interaction with a number of internal groups such as Supply Demand Management & Execution, Logistics, Retail Customer Care, Retail Store Operations and partner teams in other regions. The ability to work seamlessly with these teams is crucial for achieving the objectives of the position.
