The CBNA and US Entities Management team manages the liquidity, capital, and balance sheet for U.S. Bank Chain Entities, U.S. and Consolidated Broker Dealer Entities, and Hold Co. Entities. They lead the asset/liability management, balance sheet planning, and liquidity/capital optimization, and also serve as the principal point of contact into Treasury for funding needs and ensuring that balance sheet priorities are integrated into business decision-making processes.
The Business Execution and Governance lead is a key member of the management team and is involved in organizational and team strategy and drives the business execution and governance activities of the CBNA and US Entities Management team. Specifically, the individual will be responsible for establishing and executing governance routines, overseeing the coordination of CBNA and Broker Dealer ALCOs, overseeing the Regulation W responsibilities of the team, serving as the single point of contact for the broader team for all Treasury-wide and firm-wide activities, and overseeing the Chief of Staff responsibilities for the CBNA Treasurer.
Key Responsibilities:
· Governance: Establish, enhance, and implement governance routines for the team. This includes:
o Maintaining the inventory of processes performed by the team and ensuring periodic reviews of procedure documents for consistency and quality
o Coordinating with the risk and control lead for the team identify and open self-identified issues and address second- and third- line feedback
o Making sure trainings are completed on time
· ALCO Oversight:
o Leading the coordination of the CBNA ALCO, in coordination with the Citi ALCO team, including developing the draft agenda, collecting materials, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up requests are addressed.
o The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that all processes are documented, and necessary controls are executed
· Regulation W:
o Leading the Regulation W efforts on behalf of the CBNA Treasury team, including leading a weekly meeting with firmwide Reg W stakeholders, facilitating quantitative limit requests, and executing and documenting controls
· Chief of Staff and Project Management:
o Participating in organizational strategy for the team and overseeing recruitment efforts
o Leading ad-hoc project requests on behalf of the broader CBNA and US Entities Management team
o Developing materials for committees, regulators, and senior management
Qualifications:
· 12 – 15 years’ experience in a Treasury, Finance, or closely related Business role
· BA/BS in relevant analytical discipline
· Developed skill base with respect to preparing and delivering presentations to senior management
· Demonstrated ability to concisely communicate analytical objectives, observations and relevance of findings across the organization in written, visual and verbal form
· Collaborative and leadership orientation along with desire to interact with colleagues at all levels
· Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
Education:
· Bachelors degree, potentially Masters degree

**Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:**
$170,000.00 - $300,000.00
