Business Execution Associate Manager - Total Rewards Global Delivery

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate Manager on the Total Rewards team to partner with Executive Compensation, Incentive Design and Delivery, and Compensation Delivery Centers of Excellence teams to administer, develop and deliver reporting, and adhere to established procedures and controls for assigned business initiatives, programs, special projects, and ad hoc requests.  Including, helping to develop competitive base salary, incentive and executive compensation structure and administer compensation to team members to reward and retain employees.
 

In this role, you will:

Supervise a team in transactional tasks and processes to ensure timely completion, quality, and compliance for the business

Ensure successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations that are routine and arise within the operations of the work group

Identify Business Execution opportunities and provide guidance on strategies, operations, and financial management for the purpose of process improvement

Mitigate risk development within the operations of work groups and functional areas

Make day to day supervisory decisions and, under the direction of management, resolve issues for procedure administration and adherence, systems or change initiatives, business continuity planning, reporting and research, project funding, quality management, communications, financial control, and internal processing of colleagues

Leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, or compliance requirements for the business group

Collaborate and consult with immediate Business Execution colleagues and management while recommending strategies to implement changes and improvements

Interact directly with external parties to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations related to Strategy and Execution

Manage allocation of people and financial resources for smooth functioning of business operations

Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent


Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

1+ years leadership experience


Desired Qualifications:

Excellent understanding and experience of India/Philippines/United States/Global compensation and benefits practices and follows guidance/procedures to support compensation operations spanning across Executive Compensation, Incentive Design & Delivery and Compensation Delivery functions.

Ability to support compensation and incentive administration, reporting, and servicing needs.

Possesses experience in, acumen for, and success with Complex/large data analysis; and provides necessary professional and/or technical level support and guidance.

Ability to instill necessary risk and control measures in delivery, procedures and reporting activities, including development and maintenance of project, scope documents, etc.

Must have advanced skills in MS Excel including the ability to create data models, formulas, pivot tables, macros, VBA and power pivot reports.

Excellent analytical skills and ability to navigate through ambiguity and infer complex data models/representations. Excellent accuracy, high quality, eye for detail, and a risk and control mindset.


Job Expectations:

Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services, and rewards initiatives to achieve objectives.

Develop strategies to improve staffing processes, ensure specialized functions meet regulatory guidelines in support of risk management and compliance.

Collaborate and consult with members of the U.S. based Business Execution team and partner with Executive Compensation, Incentive Design and Delivery, and Compensation Delivery Centers of Excellence teams and team leaders to drive and execute strategic initiatives.

Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate.

Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations.

Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent.

Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans.

Interpret and develop policies and procedures for operation functions with low to moderate complexity within scope of responsibility.

Provide responsibility for budget and financial performance.

Participate in conducting research to support compensation strategies, programs, and solutions across a business or enterprise function, ensuring alignment with key organizational goals.

Be responsible for adhering to retention requirements of important documentation that is essential to executing our controls and ensuring the successful completion of HR-deliverables associated with the assigned transaction.

Provide information to managers, colleagues, and stakeholders, including internal as well as external stakeholders.

Provide support for a variety of diverse support functions and/or operations/production oversight for the Human Resources Total Rewards team. 

Work with Human Resources databases and technology platforms relevant to the assigned work.

Pull, review, analyze, verify, and track intricate employee data using advanced functions in Excel.

Facilitate efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and escalate concerns related to the assigned operation.

Coordinate and monitor implementation and maintenance of processes, procedures, and policies.

Commitment to deliver and sustain satisfactory levels of employee and customer experience.

Ability to prioritize and self-manage deliverables.

Ability to learn; possesses a high-level of intellectual curiosity.

Flexibility to work in different shifts; Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled.

Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening.

Shift timings: 1:30 pm -10:30 pm IST
