Business Execution Consultant: Process Transformation

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to Identify opportunities for and drive strategic process improvement and simplification initiatives for the business with moderate to high complexity and visibility. In this role, you will:

Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing process improvement initiatives to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectivePerform process assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendationsInterpret, map and reimagine procedures and processes, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of process improvement programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and riskIdentify process improvement opportunities in Home Lending and develop business cases that drive tangible / measurable efficiency gains – and once initiatives are implemented, ensure expected outcomes are achieved.Collaborate and consult with leaders, business partners and executive management


Required Qualifications, US:

2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

Home Lending Originations experience - Fulfillment (sales, processing, underwriting, closing, and funding), Title OperationsLoan Origination Systems Experience (LOS)Experience conducting policy assessmentsAbility to lead projects/initiatives with high risk and complexityAbility to effectively partner and influence at the senior and executive levelAbility to implement a solution and communicate, in clear business terms, the benefits of the proposed risk management approachStrong risk management and compliance experienceAbility to develop improvement processes and implementation strategies to ensure business continuity/contingency plansAbility to identify and evaluate trends, isolate root cause, and provide swift/thorough resolutionExperience conducting root cause analysis for data-driven process-related improvementsExperience leading efforts with multiple stakeholder groupsAbility to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectivesExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills


Job Expectations:

This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.This position requires compliance with all mortgages regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo’s compliance policies related to these requirements. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.This position offers a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office/2 day remote)..
