Business Execution Consultant – Email Marketing Automation

Wells Fargo Wealth and Investment Marketing is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to manage the email production and execution strategy for the delivery of dynamic and personalized email templates leveraging the Advisor Marketing On Demand platform and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. In this role, you will:

Act as power user to build and deploy email campaigns including personalization and dynamic content across different Marketing Cloud Studios and Builders including Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder and Automation StudioSet up email creative for internal team approvals, schedule deployment and complete post-deployment checksDesign A/B testing strategies and monitor email performance, optimization across program from key learningsWorking with stakeholders to understand key campaign parameters and inputs, such as subscriber audience, program frequency, degree of personalization and overall creative approachParticipate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectivesIdentify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics


Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Business Operations or Leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

2+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) experience with Marketing Cloud Studios & Builders, most importantly Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder and Automation StudioSolid knowledge of the programming languages in SFMC: AMPScript, HTML, CSS, and SQLUnderstanding of email analytics and ability to make actionable adjustments based on campaign performanceGood understanding of email accessibility best practices and CAN-SPAM compliancy considerationsDemonstrated experience in the production of creative materials generated by marketing platforms to support field sales and marketing personnelCandidates will have partnered closely with Data and Platform partners to collectively ensure that creative is executed and delivered in a timely and accurate manner, including partnering with the Agency and internal constituents to intake and onboard new creativeExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsGood analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skillsExperience in aligning marketing operational activities to priorities and Key Performance IndicatorsExperience using Salesforce CRM
