**Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Lead Business Analyst/Product Owner to join their team.** As a Lead Business Analyst/Product Owner, you will be part of the **Commercial Banking** department supporting the **Documentum Technology Team** . The ideal candidate will have **strong leadership skills** , **exceptional stakeholder engagement experience** , and **a deep understanding of document management systems** , which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title** **: Lead Business Analyst/Product Owner** **Location** : Charlotte **Pay Range** : $61 per hour on W2 **What’s the Job?** 1. **Lead Document Management Solutions** : Oversee the analysis, design, development, and implementation of document management solutions tailored to the needs of commercial banking, ensuring that the systems meet business and regulatory requirements. 2. **Stakeholder Engagement** : Collaborate with business stakeholders, including operations, legal, compliance, and IT teams, to gather, document, and prioritize requirements. Act as the primary point of contact for business users throughout the lifecycle of the project. 3. **Requirements Gathering & Analysis** : Lead the effort in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. Translate complex business needs into technical specifications and user stories, ensuring the development team can effectively implement them. 4. **End-to-End System Implementation** : Manage and drive the complete implementation lifecycle of the document management solution, from requirements gathering and system design to testing, deployment, and post-launch support. 5. **Product Roadmap Management** : Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business priorities and ensures the continuous improvement and optimization of document management solutions. **What’s Needed?** 1. **Lead BA with 7+ years of experience** in **end-to-end system implementation** (must be able to drive requirements). 2. **Experience working with Documentum, FileNet** , or any type of document management project. 3. **Commercial Banking** or **Financial Services** experience. 4.
