Business Execution Consultant - Legal Core Services

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to join the Legal Department's Core Services Team. This team is responsible for Matter Management, Document Management, and Knowledge Management for the legal department. In this role, you will:

Partner with L1 and L2 product owners to create user stories, document requirements, create test criteria, and assist with all phases of agile methodologyManage or assist in managing multiple products in the Jira platformCollaborate with product owners and managers to learn multiple technology platforms to aide in the ability to write meaningful storiesDevelop partnerships with development teams in technology who will be executing on the agile stories this role creates.


Required Qualifications, US:

2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

2+ years of Operations or Agile experienceExperience in Agile methodology, gathering detailed business requirements, documenting business cases, creating user stories, and developing test scriptsExperience conduction or assisting with user research/testingExperience with Agile methodologies, the Jira platform, and creating meaningful user storiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deliverables inflight MS Teams, and SharePoint Online experience
