Business Execution Manager - HR Operations/Shared Services

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Manager for Human Resources team.


In this role, you will:

Support HR Operations in completing large and more complex business initiatives Mange employee’s capacity and balance workloads to include organizing, prioritizing, and completing multiple tasks in a high-volume environment and within critical time frames Support policy and regulatory strategies to meet risk management and compliance guidelinesWork independently on moderately complex issues and projectsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and risk controls that support the RCSA guidelines Provide training, performance evaluations and coaching to employeesMake sound decisions and resolve issues in a timely mannerInterpret and develop controls, policies, and procedures for HR operation functions with moderate to high complexity Collaborate and influence all levels of employeesLead team to achieve business objectivesMentor and guide talent development for employeesExercise independent judgment and provide guidance to employeesCollaborate and consult with HR partners and leaders across the organization to deliver on business objectives

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education2+ years Leadership experience


Desired Qualifications:

10+ years of Exposure to Human Resources Operations or Shared ServicesNeed attention to detail in the individualPreferably should have previously handled processes that had high degree of sensitivity & confidentialityShould possess maturity to interact across layers of hierarchyShould be conduit between the leadership level & the execution level of the organization


Job Expectations:

Should be willing to work in night shift hours (5.30 pm to 2.30 am IST) as per India time
