Business Executive
Position: In this role, you will ensure the implementation of regional strategies and tactical plans, oversee brand activities, and achieve KPIs by leading projects within your territory.
Responsibilities:
Develop the region according to the Bosnia Sales strategy, considering competitor activities and environmental factors, and convert JTI strategic directions into regional strategy and plans. Lead projects to enhance JTI brands performance, assess market potential, and provide accurate and timely reporting. Develop long and medium-term investment plans and collaborate with the Sales Manager on trade investment planning. Ensure effective internal and external communication, foster collaboration across functions, and maintain reliable data gathering and documentation. Follow up on market trends and competitor activities, distribute equipment effectively, and present effectively to influence project results.
Within 6 months you will:
Secure the productivity of the Distributor Sales Team and initiate business enhancement projects. Build effective communication and relationships with key regional players, local chains, and wholesalers.
Requirements:
High school diploma or college degree Work experience in FMCG industry and/or at least 2 years of experience in trade marketing or sales High level of analytical knowledge, communication and negotiation skills Excellent presentation skills. Fluency in the local language and communicative level of English.
