This role is for a position within the Business Management Team focusing on two specialty areas: contingent labor management and contract management
Contingent Labor Management: This role will be primarily focused on assisting hiring managers in their efforts to onboard, extend, or terminate resources, decrease contractor tenure risk by gathering data and making recommendations to streamline the process for efficiencies, and ensuring data accuracy within each Beeline assignment. This role will also be responsible for creating and monitoring metrics to track the progress of tenure remediation efforts and contractor over rate card assignments.
Contract Management: This role will co-manage our internal process and pipeline to ensure timely execution. You will work with various managers within the C&IB Technology team to gather the necessary documentation for submission, track status, and monitor approvals in our repository. You will partner heavily with our Supply Chain Management team, hosting weekly status meetings and will be responsible for promoting the adoption of our streamlined process and making improvements as needed.Job DescriptionSupports one or more business initiatives to understand, analyze, develop and implement key line of business solutions that will drive business objectives.
