RESPONSIBILITIES You will take on global responsibility for the ongoing development and design of processes and associated digital solutions within the area Market to Order (e.g. Customer Success Platform and Digital Commerce Platform) as a key member of a global teamYou will work with the regional business units, focus on the elaboration and implementation of Digital Marketing concepts and drive the Voice of the Customer initiative within CPIn addition, you will manage corresponding projects and assume budget responsibilityYou will represent the interests of the division in cross OD expert communities and BASF projects.REQUIREMENTS University degree in economics or computer scienceExperience in driving digital solutions and managing data (e.g. Power BI, programming languages)Experienced in global project and change management, demonstrating your capability to drive initiatives across diverse teamsExcellent communication skills in English, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levelsAptitude for quickly understanding new topics, combined with a structured and conceptual approach to problem-solvingPrevious experience in commercial roles is a plus, as is a strong collaborative spirit to thrive in a team environmentBENEFITS Responsibility from day one in a challenging work environment and "on-the-job" training as part of a committed team.Adequate compensation according to your qualifications and experience • A secure work environment because your health, safety and wellbeing is always our top priority.Flexible work schedule and Home-office options, so that you can balance your working life and private life.Learning and development opportunities23 holidays per yearAnother 5 days (readjustments days) and 2 days (cultural days)A collaborative, trustful and innovative work environmentBeing part of an international team and work in global projectsRelocation assistance to Madrid providedAt BASF, the chemistry is right.
