Overview Under direct supervision, responsible for routine problem solving and analysis, assisting with preparation of materials for leadership teams and identifying process improvements. Develops effective business partnerships with appropriate business customers and focuses on increasing knowledge of overall business processes. This is a special assignment that comes into play during storms and other emergencies when the company needs to restore power or respond to other issues affecting customer service.
