Role is responsible of Topline forecasting (Financial & S&OP), performance reporting , profitability benchmarking, and innovation management. Analysis and support include various commercial analisis e.g: BE, incrementally, cannibalization, competition, execution cost/impact and performance follow up. Your Impact As Business Financial Planning Associate Manager your scope would consist of Manage Quaker & Confectionary Brands P&Ls and provide visibility to PMF, LATAM and PepsiCo Global on Topline Performance, Ensure Quaker & Confectionary Business Financial Planning and Forecasting processes and its accuracy through S&OP Support and P&L Analysis (end to end initiative accompaniment) Work closely with Revenue Management team to design Quaker and Confectionary pricing and pack price initiative according to Topline/profit objectives. Recommend promotional activity strategies in channels Evaluate Quaker & Confectionary Brand initiatives/promotions; follow up since their planning stage to assure budget control, sales forecast and ROI commitment. Participate in the construction of BU Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Business Plan. Coordinate Marketing and Sales Teams to reach a sales commitment for each initiative and identify growth opportunities. Support S&OP by tracking PIPE initiatives in a monthly basis Provide financial visibility (Sales & Profit) to Marketing team and Top Management; weeky/monthly reporting Process and Tools Construction in order to provide visibility that enables business decision making Deploy transformational projects across BU to automatize processes and find P&L savings (e.g productivity,). Lead Obsoletes Reduction track, assisting weekly meetings and coordinating End to end solution to mitigate obsoletes Lead NOPBT reporting model to transition from DPAAR to NOPBT Support team in S&OP, AOP and BUR presentations Qualifications ¿Who Are We Looking For? Basic Qualifications Education: Degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience in relevant fields such as: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Business Strategy Advanced English proficiency (Reporting and interacting with stakeholders) Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, PoerBi). Communication and collaboration skills for working across teams. Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in designing and implementing robust financial models and scenario analyses. Proven ability to drive agendas and effectively manage commercial stakeholders. Highly entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Adaptable to working in a multicultural environment, demonstrating cultural awareness and sensitivity.
