Working as a Business/Functional Analyst in AT&T Consumer Digital Experience Order Gateway team, you will be responsible for delivering the system/functional requirements for each Order Gateway release by working closely with our business owners to gather the business requirements & understand business needs, working with our solution architect to develop technical solutions, & working with our Dev/QA teams to provide requirements walk through and clarifications. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting production issues and finding the root causes. Other responsibilities include working with AT&T IT teams to drive solutions for any IT related issues. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Previous IT experience is preferred
Previous experience with IT APIs is preferred
