Dine Development and its Subsidiaries are seeking a Business/Functional/Requirements Analyst (Lead) to support our Defense Health Agency (DHA) client. This position will support Business Performance by coordinating and ensuring tasks are running on schedule while providing team oversight. To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess U.S. Citizenship without the need for sponsorship, both now and in the future. Applicants without proof of U.S. Citizenship will not be considered due to the position’s security clearance requirements.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:· Facilitate client-facing touchpoints while recording action items and decisions for all technical and functional entities.
· Maintain and update all project trackers and control systems.
· Assist with weekly reporting deliverables and onboarding actions.
· Create process flows and project documentation as required.
· Facilitate scrum meetings while tracking and maintaining requirements backlog for availability in subsequent projects and ensure high-level project backlog requirements are available to technical resources.
· Participate in requirement change requests and internal testing operations as needed; and
· Assist in the operational rollout and support of processes, procedures, and updates to existing products.
Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience):Required Qualifications:
· Five (5)+ years of technical experience in data presentation software and concepts associated with the presentation of quantitative information.
· Five (5)+ years of experience simplifying and conveying complex concepts and their impacts on the target environment in a way that is easily understood by non-technical audiences.
Required Education:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Management, or 8 years of equivalent healthcare work experience.
