We are seeking a Business Growth Coordinator to join the UK Digital team, which is part of the broader Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) business. The role will be based in our London office and is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a member of the Digital team, you will collaborate closely with our Digital Sales team, the Darwin Account Management team, wider MMB Consulting teams, and support functions including Marketing, Enablement and the Darwin Product & Proposition team, to drive Digital growth.
In this role, you will play a creative role in cross-functional collaboration to design and coordinate targeted Digital growth campaigns.
We will count on you to be involved/take a lead in:
Market Research & Strategy: Conduct comprehensive white space analysis to identify potential prospects and clients. Develop targeted strategies to effectively engage these prospects.Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within our Darwin Local UK/Global teams and the wider MMB consulting community.Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in the UK Digital team to address client needs and provide valuable feedback for refining our service offerings.Marketing Support: Collaborate with the MMB marketing team to create promotional materials, case studies, and content that showcase our Digital expertise.Performance Tracking: Monitor growth campaign activities, including lead generation and conversion rates, ensuring that targets are consistently met.Creativity: Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted e-mail campaigns and messaging that resonate with specific buyer personas.Marketing Campaign Input: Work with the MMB marketing team to contribute to campaign activities, ensuring prospective and existing clients receive thought leadership materials such as market reports, white papers, and invitations to webinars and industry/client roundtable events.Enablement Support: Collaborate with the MMB Growth Enablement team to develop go to market content for Darwin sales and support internal Digital enablement activitiesWhat you need to have:
Proven experience in marketing, business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the employee benefits, professional services or software sector.Demonstrated experience of creative thinking.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and possessing a growth mindset.Experience of using Microsoft Office Suite.What makes you stand out?
