If this is you, we would like you to consider our Business Health- Industrial Rehab Therapist role in Rhinelander!
Perform on-site services such as injury prevention training, job analysis, ergonomic analysis, and post offer employment testing.Treat those injured at work; provide recommendations on functional capacity and workplace accommodations, coordinate return to work activities and timeline.Restore mobility and strength, instruction, and improved workplace ergonomics to prevent future injury.May be asked to attend safety council meetings, community events, and other gatherings to educate about Industrial Rehab.Will be on-site at two local (Rhinelander and Tomahawk) manufacturing companies 12 hours a week.Lead and/or teach stretching exercises for team members to perform prior to their work shift.HOURS: Full Time or .8 FTE, 64 hours each pay period. Day shift.
Experience/Qualifications
Completion of a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in athletic training from a school accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE).Current Wisconsin licensure to practice athletic training or licensed in PT/PTA or OT/COTACurrent BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire Current AED certification.Clinical Specialist certification beneficial.Possesses a valid Wisconsin driver’s license.Possesses automobile liability insurance with minimum $100,000/$300,000 coverage required.
