JOB SUMMARY
Intermediate-level Analyst to prepare monthly, daily, weekly and ad hoc reports that will allow the business unit to analyze and improve business performance. May have oversight of Analyst I.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Independently clarifies report needs with clients to understand the purpose and content of request, utilizes systems to create and deliver analysis to meet client’s needs, audits and analyzes data to verify quality and data integrity. Points out and research data anomalies.Meets user deadlines for ad hoc reports and other requested information. Provide suggestions and recommendations to perform the necessary analytics to ensure requests are complete and accurate.Learns new technologies and systems to advance knowledge of reporting and analysisBuilds relationships with other revenue cycle unit managers and supervisors to ensure good working relationships between other units and Analytics.Completes daily/weekly/monthly reporting assignments and strives for accuracyWorks independently and with little supervision; prioritizes and manages multiple tasks to meet deadlines; and seeks guidance from manager as needed to clarify assignments or requests, ask questions, or seek additional information.Serves as a resource to Analyst I and other analysts and provides information andtraining as required.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience preferred to perform the job.
4 year college degree in Business, Accounting, IS, Engineering and/or 2-3 years experience.Healthcare experience is a plusPHYSICAL DEMANDS

Compensation and Benefit Information
Compensation
Pay: $57,616.00 - $92,144.00 annually. Compensation depends on location, qualifications, and experience. Management level positions may be eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses.Benefits
