What You DoClient Service Representative
Create certificate requirement templates based on client needs and client instructions.Review incoming certificates of insurance and evidence of property insurance against client requirements to ensure coverage is compliant for the size of the loan.Communicate with borrowers, and their agents about any certificate deficiencies using system reports, email, phone and any other form of communication as agreed upon.Generate invoices for services provided and delivered to the key account.Generate monthly statement and deliver to VP, Closing Mgr. at the key account.Apply payments to account.Provide carrier ratings, to establish if they meet the requirements of the key account.Training of back-up personnel.Perform other duties as requested, including special projects. Your Education and ExperienceRequired
Property and Casualty License must be obtained within 75 days of the first day of New Hire OnboardingExperience in health and safety field preferred.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointStrong typing skills and data entryStrong written and oral communication skillsAbility to develop professionally prepared technical reports, draft correspondence and client communications.One to three years of relevant insurance experience preferredMust understand commercial lines coverages and policies.The employee is responsible for adherence to the stated expectations of the E&O Plus Quality Management ProgramValuable benefits.
