Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive IP strategies to support R&D and business objectives.
Act as the primary technical and IP contact for R&D, manufacturing, and business teams.
Identify and refine patentable inventions, ensuring full exploration of potential patent actions.
Conduct and lead IP review meetings, enhancing invention disclosures for strategic patent filings.
Analyze competitor patent landscapes to anticipate industry trends and inform IP strategies.
Work closely with IP Counsel or Patent Agents to prepare and prosecute patent applications.
Assess freedom-to-operate considerations for successful product launches.
Who We're Looking For
Qualified Korean Patent Attorney (Admitted to the Korean Patent Bar)
5+ years of experience in IP law, with a strong focus on patents
Expertise in OLED patents or related display/semiconductor technologies preferred
Strong business English communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with R&D, legal, and business teams
