Role Purpose
This role is within PSAS BI (Personal Segment & Advisory Suite) under Retail Data & Analytics, developing and maintaining end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions within the BU. The role requires an in-depth understanding of business processes, end-to-end Business Intelligence solutioning and align those solutions to business objectives.
A Business Intelligence Analyst is expected to be able to work independently and advise the team on solutions and designs. This role requires a level of maturity above a junior, which is needed to effectively engage, and support stakeholders make informed decisions, that will enable us to build effective solutions and offer more to our customers.
Responsibilities include:
Build and maintain key relationships across the BI/Data TeamStakeholder engagementAdvise team on solutions (Design, Development and Technology)Requirements gathering and analysis for new and existing solutions/implementations.You'll be an ideal candidate if you:
Deep domain knowledge of credit, lending and transactional banking products and channels/Marketing will be advantageous.A strong level of competence with coding languages, such as SQL, SAS, Teradata etc.Strong understanding of Data Visualization (Power BI tools) will be advantageous.Good understanding of both the technical points of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics, as well as the business drives and needs.Has prior Stakeholder management experience across multiple areas within a large organization.We can be a match if you are:

Minimum Qualification: BSc in Computer Science; Information Systems; Information Technology and/or ND Information Technology or Software Engineering.Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Business Intelligence and/or Data Engineering environmentProven track record of building end-to-end Business Intelligence SolutionsA strong level of proficiency in BI Stack is essential.Advanced experience in Microsoft BI Stack will be advantageous.Analytical thinker with business value in mind#Post
