Position Overview 

Join Autodesk's Digital and eCommerce team as a Business Intelligence Analyst, where your expertise in design and visual analytics will be pivotal in driving business decisions. In this role, you will concentrate on crafting compelling visualizations and building and maintaining reports and dashboards with Power BI. This position is perfect for individuals with can-do attitude who are passionate about analytics and visual data storytelling and are eager to both expand their knowledge and educate others on BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc. techniques and statistical modelling.

Responsibilities

Design effective Power BI visualizations that clearly communicate complex analyses and insights

Use statistical analysis to enhance data interpretation and provide innovative analysis

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver visual reports that provide actionable insights

Engage in continuous learning and development in Power BI capabilities and share knowledge with team members to enhance their proficiency in the tool

Conduct workshops and training sessions on Power BI to help team members understand and leverage visual analytics

Support the refinement of existing BI solutions to improve visualization quality and adapt to changing business requirements

Minimum Qualifications

Degree in Analytics, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field

Experience in creating visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau

Understanding of best practices in data visualization

Keen analytical skills with an ability to translate data into informative visuals and reports

Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Proactive learner with a strong interest in enhancing knowledge of BI tools and data visualization techniques

Familiarity with SQL and basic data manipulation

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a digital eCommerce environment with a focus on visual analytics to support business decisions

Excellent communication and presentation skills
