Start your journey. **What You’ll do on a Typical Day:** + Creating and managing BI reports and dashboards to deliver actionable business insights. + Analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement. + Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. + Communicating analytical insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. **What We’re looking for :** + Bachelor’s degree in a discipline related to functional work (such as Computer Science, Economics, Information Systems, or Business Administration) and 5+ years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of work experience and education. A Master’s degree is preferred but not required. + Extensive experience as Data Analyst, or Business Intelligence Developer/Analyst (BAU and ad-hoc). + Strong research, quantitative data analysis, and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop/analyze business insights that will help to drive new business opportunities. Experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, process improvement, and strategic planning. Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices. Highly skilled in the use of visualization tools such as Power BI to develop comprehensive reporting solutions utilizing existing data infrastructure. Knowledge of Machine Learning and AI concepts. + Proficient in SQL query writing, experience manipulating large volume of complex data. + Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access, including pivot tables, reference indexing, VLOOKUP, IF statements, macros, and VBA .High level of attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. + Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work against tight deadlines and collaborate with colleagues globally. Self-motivated with a proven track record of driving results with minimal supervision.
