What You'll Do Principal is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst within our Sales Compensation Administration Data & Analytics Consulting Team! Build & maintain data aggregation processes, custom reports and dashboards, creating interactive and compelling visual, and numeric written summaries. Ensures data governance policies are followed. Train & coach business users on BI tools. Promote data literacy and a self-serve culture across the enterprise. Analyze business intelligence data to inform business and product decisions. Blend historical data from various internal and external sources as guidance to analyses. Identify and analyze compensation, demographic, or hierarchical trends. Partners with other areas of the business (e.g., Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service, etc.) to model the outcome of implementing potential business strategies. Who You Are We are looking for someone with: Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or Associate's degree (required) knowledge of analytics, consulting and project management practices or equivalent experience. Knowledge of analytics, consulting and project management practices. Curiosity, who enjoys helping enable business through data solutions. Knowledge of company business unit products preferred, including plan design, stakeholders, financial metrics, and investment knowledge. Excellent ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing. Computer skills and knowledge of/interest in business unit applications. Preferred skills: SAS, Athena, SnowSight, PowerBI, SQL Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $57000 - $101000 / year Time Off Program Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided. Work Environments This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek). You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
