Compensation

Compensation includes a base salary of $70,700.00 - $106,100.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Job Description

The Business Intelligence Analyst II is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of intuitive, yet robust and well-curated reporting assets & user self-serve solutions within Retail Operations. Individuals that have a track record of building reporting tools and delivering data solutions that enable prompt, well-informed business decisions will be strong candidates for this role. This role will be a part of a team collaborating with key stakeholders to gather business requirements, and work with cross-functional teams to help create strategic reporting solutions aligned with the enterprise roadmap. Additional responsibilities include analyzing data to provide insights and support for key projects, programs, and initiatives.

What You'll Do

Collaborates with commercial teams to understand business priorities and KPIs.Uses tools to gather, develop, and analyze datasets.Creates business intelligence reports from data repositories.Handles standard, recurring, and ad-hoc projects and analyses.Analyzes performance, performs variance analyses, and identifies trends.Seeks feedback and learning opportunities to enhance data analytics skills.Meets deadlines, manages tasks effectively, and communicates risks or issues.

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Intelligence, Data Science) and 2 years of experience, or a master’s degree with up to 2 years of experience, or 6 years of relevant experience.Intermediate SQL skills.Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, DOMO).Proven experience working with business leaders and managing multiple stakeholders.Strong communication and presentation skills with a track record of influencing outcomes.Proficient in data-driven analysis and data storytelling.

Preferred:

Experience in UX/UI design for reporting solutions and self-serve tools.Proficiency in data modeling with Power BI and/or Tableau Prep.
